SyntyAxis AI terms of service
Effective 3 November 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and SyntyAxis, a sole-proprietor software business in India ("we"), for SyntyAxis AI, the service at app.syntyaxis.ai and syntyaxis.ai. By creating an account you accept them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. Contact: support@syntyaxis.com.
The service
SyntyAxis AI reads your public website, builds a brand kit you confirm, and then drafts work for your approval: replies to leads from your website form, social posts with images, and a weekly search brief. It can publish to channels you connect and send approved lead replies by email. Some channels and features are marked "coming" in the app and are not yet available.
Early access
The service is in early access. Features may change, break or be removed, and quotas may be adjusted, while we build it. We will give notice of changes that matter, but you should not rely on the service for anything you cannot afford to have delayed.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older and sign in with Google or an email link. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person; a workspace is one business and one website unless your plan says otherwise.
The approval model
Nothing is posted or sent until you approve it in the feed. You can edit a draft before approving it. For each channel you may turn on autopilot after a run of approvals, with a review window you set; items then go out when the window passes without your objection. Either way, content that goes out under your name is yours. By approving an item, or by leaving autopilot on, you take responsibility for it as if you had written and sent it yourself, including its accuracy, its legality and its fit with each platform's rules.
The agent has fixed red lines: it never spends money, signs up for anything or issues invoices; never claims results, prices, medical or legal facts that are not on your site; and never contacts anyone who did not opt in. A verifier checks every draft against them. These are safeguards, not guarantees; review what you approve.
Your channels and your leads
You connect your own Pinterest, YouTube, Google Search Console and other accounts. You must be allowed to use them for your business and must follow each platform's terms, including Google's and Pinterest's developer and community policies. If a platform suspends your account because of content you approved, that is between you and the platform.
Leads who write through your website form are your customers. You are responsible for your own privacy notice to them and for how you follow up outside the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- send unsolicited messages, or message anyone who has not asked to hear from your business;
- make claims you cannot back up, or impersonate another business or person;
- post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual, or aimed at children in breach of platform rules;
- market regulated products in breach of the law where your customers are;
- probe, overload or reverse engineer the service, or resell it without our written agreement;
- upload or point the service at a website you do not own or have no right to represent.
We may remove content, pause a channel, or close an account that breaks these rules.
Plans, credits and billing
Billing is not live yet. During early access you use the service on a free trial that produces text only, no generated media. When billing starts:
- Plans are monthly, priced in US dollars as shown on syntyaxis.ai, marked "early access pricing" and subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to existing customers.
- You can cancel any time from the app or by email; your plan runs to the end of the paid month and does not renew. There are no refunds for a part month, except where the law requires.
- Extra work beyond your plan's quota is bought as credits. Credits are spent when a draft is produced, not when it is approved. Credits included in a plan do not roll over to the next month. Unused credits expire when the account closes and are not refundable.
- Taxes are added where the law requires, including Indian GST where applicable.
- Payments are handled by a payment processor, named in the app when billing starts; we do not see your card number.
Content and intellectual property
Your website, brand kit edits, leads and anything you upload stay yours. You give us a license to store, process and transmit them only to run the service for you, including sending text to our AI provider to draft.
Drafts, images and briefs made for you are yours to use once produced; we claim no ownership. AI-generated text and images may resemble content produced for others and may not be protectable by copyright in every country. You are responsible for checking that what you publish does not infringe anyone's rights.
The service itself, its code, design and name, belong to SyntyAxis. "SyntyAxis" and the 8-ray mark are our trademarks. Google, YouTube, Pinterest and other platform names are trademarks of their owners.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise leads, bookings, sales, rankings, followers or revenue. Drafts can be wrong; AI models make mistakes. The weekly report shows what happened; it is not a forecast. Search data comes from Google and third-party sources we do not control.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service up but do not promise any uptime level during early access. Support is by email at support@syntyaxis.com, on a best-effort basis, usually within two business days.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the service or from content you approved. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or US $50 if you paid nothing.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You will cover us against third-party claims, costs and damages that arise from content you approved, from your breach of these terms or platform rules, or from your use of a website or account you had no right to use.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from the app or by email. We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, for a legal requirement, or if we shut the service down, with reasonable notice where we can give it. On closure your data is handled as the privacy policy describes. Sections on content you approved, liability, indemnity and governing law survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the competent courts in India, subject to any rights that consumer law in your country gives you that cannot be waived.
